Staff
We consider "staff" as the "lead servants". We never ask the people of Flipside to do anything the Bible doesn't clearly teach, and we never ask the people of Flipside to do anything the staff hasn't first done. We consider serving at Flipside an opportunity to serve others. First we want to serve Jesus, then we want to serve you. Here is a bit more about the "lead servants" of Flipside.
Pastor Karl- the flipside guy
Karl and Shellie were married in 1991. Their kids are Joe, Kaleb, and Wyatt. Here's a bit more about him.

Movie: I like all sorts of movies but especially fast paced suspense movies or true life stories. When the two are in one movie, I especially like it.
Food: Hot roast beef dinner and caramel dessert
About Flipside: It is about real people seeking real relationships with God and with others.
Vacation: Trip to Lithuania to visit daughter and her family.
Relax: Read, garden, walk with Randy and Tank. Be in the mountains or beside the ocean with God. Spend time with family and friends.
