For the Sunday program you can teach, assist, greet, help with Breakfast Club, sing, prepare curriculum, do crafts. You may want to help with outreach events like Good News Club, Mommy & Me, Harvest Party, VBS and more. Talk to Charity about ways in which your ministry S.H.A.P.E. can be a part of service on this vital team ministry to kids from birth to 6th grade.

Administratively you can help collate, stuff envelopes, make phone calls and other detail oriented tasks necessary to take care of people who visit Flipside and those who call Flipside their church.
Equipping for Ministry

In the area of equipping special training is required to assist people with the interpretation of their S.H.A.P.E. assessments in order to discover God’s place in ministry for them.

Be the hands and feet of Jesus to meet the needs of those who cannot meet their own needs in order to win the opportunity to speak to them about God’s love and grace. Help to coordinate mission oriented trips and events. People with the gift of mercy and helps fit this ministry opportunity team well.
Music and Media

To participate in leading the music portion of the worship service you must audition with Rick and be available during the week for rehearsal. To participate in running sound or lighting you must be willing to be trained on the use Flipside’s equipment. Some experience is helpful.
Prayer Team

Using the internet, stay aware of prayer requests presented during the church service and pray regularly for each request. Must be willing to keep strict confidentiality of each prayer request.

Provide the image display support for the church services. Familiarity with ‘easy worship’ and power-point programs is helpful. The ability to be faithful to your commitment to serve is vital to serving in all areas but especially in supporting the worship services in this capacity.

Be a part of the ministry team for Junior High on Tuesday or Senior High on Wednesday. You can do a number of things ranging from helping to set up the room and refreshments, being a group discussion leader. On Sunday there is room for more energetic adults who enjoy jr. hi or sr. hi to assist in the Youth Growth groups at 11 a.m. at Flipside Liberty.
